Commendation Announcement for Powder Spray Workshop Maintenance Work

During the powder spray workshop maintenance work on September 30th, a group of dedicated and outstanding employees emerged. Comrades Wang Feng'e and Yang Lihua set an example by working tirelessly in rubber shoes, cleaning the area. Despite the sewage and foul odor, they braved the challenges without complaint and shouldered the heavy responsibility with a spirit of hard work, fearless of hardship, dirt, and fatigue.

Even more heartening was the realization that this maintenance would reduce or even eliminate subsequent workpiece rework. All colleagues quickly united, rolled up their sleeves, and threw themselves fully into the maintenance work. Although the maintenance lasted a day and a half and briefly impacted production, it laid a solid foundation for the smooth progress of subsequent production. These suggestions effectively improved equipment placement and subsequent ease of use, paving the way for efficient production after the relocation. Li Jie and Zhang Candao from the Equipment Department, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, worked simultaneously throughout the entire process, overseeing both the dismantling of old equipment and the installation of the new equipment. They often worked overtime without complaint, and their down-to-earth approach provided a solid foundation for the relocation's progress.

Thanks to the concerted efforts of all staff, the equipment was moved and commissioned in just one week. Following commissioning, the equipment operated stably, and the workshop environment, staffing, and collaborative processes quickly returned to normal. This relocation not only reduced travel time and saved staff time, but also eliminated redundant handling, achieving the goal of saving time, effort, and labor, laying a solid foundation for the company's subsequent efficient production.
