CBNT donated wardrobes worth over 200,000 yuan to make the "homes" of Luoyang's elderly cleaner and tidier

On December 5th, a batch of brand-new steel lockers were neatly stacked in the courtyard of Luoyang CBNT Industry Group Co., Ltd., located in the old city of Luoyang. That afternoon, a simple yet heartwarming donation ceremony was held there, where the company officially donated 557 sets of steel lockers, worth over 200,000 yuan, to the Luoyang Charity Federation. These lockers will primarily be used to improve storage conditions in Luoyang's elderly care institutions and enhance the quality of life for vulnerable groups.

"The value of a company lies not only in creating economic benefits, but also in fulfilling its social responsibility," said Su Jizu, the company's chairman. He explained that the donated lockers come in various models, including single-door, single-two-door, and five- or ten-door lockers, all manufactured to export standards, combining sturdiness, durability, and environmental friendliness to meet the needs of different spaces.

He explained that this donation stemmed from a heartwarming feedback received last year. Last year, the company donated lockers to an elderly care institution in Mengjin District, Luoyang, receiving positive feedback from the seniors. As the year draws to a close, the company plans to donate another batch of lockers to improve the quality of life for more elderly people, allowing them to feel the warmth and respect from society.

To ensure that donated supplies are accurately matched to needs, in early November, after learning of the company's donation intentions, the Luoyang Charity Federation quickly collaborated with the civil affairs department to conduct a survey of the needs of elderly care institutions throughout the city. According to the plan, these lockers will be primarily distributed to the Luoyang Municipal Elderly Care Service Center and several elderly care institutions in the Old City District.
